Scenario, Inc. ("Scenario", "we", "us") operates the online store at swag.scenario.com and its related features, content and services (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase, or communicate with us. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts the Services and runs checkout and payments.
- Printful, our production partner, which makes and ships your items, and the carriers that deliver them.
- Payment providers that process your payment.
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, and a buyer of our business in a merger or acquisition.
Shopify
Shopify processes personal information to provide the Services. Where we use Shopify features that combine information from your interactions with our Store and other merchants, Shopify is responsible for that processing, as explained in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/customers). You can exercise rights related to that processing at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Store, remember your cart and understand how the Store is used. Where the law requires consent, for example in the EEA and the UK, we use non-essential cookies only with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time.
Retention
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep customer service messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any related claim. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe.
International transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. When personal information leaves the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on an adequacy decision where one applies, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and their UK and Swiss equivalents. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Store is intended for adults. A parent or guardian may buy an item for a child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
